Terms and Conditions
In these Terms and Conditions "we" means Collins Enterprises Ltd T/A Fireplace Fitters
Quotes All prices include VAT. It is the customers responsibility to supply accurate details and measurements for the quotation. Quotes are valid for 28 days. We require a £50.00 inc vat survey fee in advance, this will be refunded on completion of the installation.Firesurround Installation
It is the Customers responsibility to remove Skirting boards, roll back
Carpets to allow the installation to take place and remove any furniture
from the surrounding area.
We will not replace Skirting Boards or relay carpets. Removal of any pre-existing fixtures may cause some damage to surrounding area. The quote will not include any 'making good', or decorating or painting. The walls should be straight and flat or gaps around the surround may be visible.
We will carry out the work described in the Quote if there is any additional work to be undertaken we will quote for this separately and it will only be carried out if the customer agrees.
The customer must arrange suitable cost free parking within 150 yards of installation address.
Gas appliances
It will be necessary to turn off the gas while installing gas fires.
We shall not be held responsible for any gas Boilers
or other gas appliances which will not readily relight.
LAW APPLICABLE.
These conditions and the contract shall be subject to and construed in
accordance with English law.
The contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any
agreement
